REGISTRATION DATES FOR 2010-2011

AUG 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31 from 5pm - 8pm
SEPT 2, 8, 10 from 5pm - 8pm

We will be hosting an Open House at the studio from 6 pm to 8 pm during our registration dates.

HOW TO REGISTER

It is strongly suggested to come to the studio, meet us, view our facility and pick up your registration package. At Dance Vision, we pride ourselves on customer communication. We can personally recommend classes for your child, as well as answer any questions you may have. If you are unable to visit us, then you may review the information at your convenience:

WHAT YOU NEED TO REGISTER

• Registration Form - completed and submitted to the studio

• Payment - Registration fee with either full payment or 9 installment payments (post-dated cheques) submitted to the studio. For further information, please review the Studio Information 2010-2011. Please call the studio 705-739-2286 for further detailed class fee information (multiple class and family discounts).

• Recital Costume Deposit - please submit one post-dated costume deposit cheque dated October 15, 2010 payable to our costume organizer. All costumes will have a minimal balance, which will need to be paid before costumes are picked up in March.
